The Law Offices of Haytham Faraj is a small law firm dedicated to helping people who have been hurt by the neglect or wrongful acts of others. We focus on personal injury resulting from auto accidents, bike accidents, trucking accidents, medical negligence, slip and falls, product defects, birth injuries, wrongful death, civil rights abuses and police misconduct. When you become a victim of someone’s negligence or deliberate act, the law demands that you receive full compensation. Mr. Faraj commenced his legal career in the United States Marine Corps defending service members accused of violating military law, including very serious war crimes. After retiring from the Marine Corps, Mr. Faraj began to represent clients under investigation or charged with violating federal laws as well as people who have suffered serious or catastrophic injury. Our firm also represents victims of police and law enforcement misconduct.
Mr. Faraj is licensed to practice in California, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, and the District of Columbia. Our firm also associates with colleagues through the Gerry Spence Method network to represent clients who have suffered personal injury or who have been accused of serious crimes throughout the United States.
