Andrews Chen, Haytham Faraj and Nick Rowley won a 21.6 million Dollar verdict. Trial took six weeks. Jury deliberations took 4 days. The case involved a collision between the plaintiff who was on a moped and a Range Rover on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills. Trial included over 40 witnesses, including more than 30 expert witnesses who testified about traumatic brain injury, orthopedic injuries, economic losses and the life long consequences of traumatic brain injury.
