Stephanie has worked in the legal field since 2004 representing clients in a wide variety of cases including personal injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse, employment, business and civil rights law. She also spent four years in the alternative dispute resolution field managing complex construction arbitration cases.
Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at California State University, Northridge, her Paralegal Certificate at UCLA Extension, and went on to earn her law degree from Southwestern Law School.
While in law school, Stephanie worked with a variety of legal aid organizations advocating for welfare recipients, volunteering for teen court, and representing foster care children in court and at administrative hearings.
As president of the Public Interest Law Committee she oversaw fundraising for grants for legal aid internships, and received the “Public Interest Service Award” for her service during law school.
Outside of work, Stephanie’s interests include hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
