Attorney Christina Smedley
Christina Smedley joined the Faraj Law Firm in the fall of 2013 as a legal intern. She later accepted a position as a legal clerk .
Ms. Smedley attends school at DePaul University College of Law and received her J.D. in May of 2015. During her time at DePaul, she has pursued studies related to intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, music licensing, media law (including privacy and defamation), and entertainment law. She serves as the seminar articles editor for DePaul’s Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property Law (JATIP) and was published in the spring 2014 edition.
Prior to DePaul University, Ms. Smedley attended a year at John Marshall Law School where she was a Phi Delta Phi Member and a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. She received her B.A. in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Ms. Smedley is an Illinois attorney.
